US-America's Second
Chance
by Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer
The future looked good and
hopeful in January 2009, when Barack Obama became the President of the United States
of America. But then the organized greed of many destroyed all hope. It was the last chance to avoid a default of America
and its Government, when on August 2, 2011 the Congress and the Senate voted for
a $2.4tn debt ceiling increase from before already 14.3tn, tied to spending cuts.
This disaster could give America a second chance for a
turnaround, after having missed the first one - if the palliative treatment of
symptoms is replaced by restoring the basic preconditions of natural health: For
a healthy population and offspring, for a healthy economy and a healthy monetary system.
This documentation is about health of the population and
its offspring, which is an indispensable precondition for everything else.

Obama is taking the lead for healthy
food - An organic garden in the White House
On 25.12.2008, there were already requests to OBAMA for a new health policy
through healthy food:
(Link given now out of function:
http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/12/25/america/24food.php).
On 10.1.2009, 10 days before the
inauguration of President OBAMA, I sent to his campaign website (now it has
changed to
http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/ ), my advice to improve the health of
Americans to reduce health-care costs, by increasing the consumption of
organic vegetables, freshly-milled wholemeal flour and cold-pressed
vegetable oils, notably on the basis of the SCHROEDER article:
http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/reprint/24/5/562 and of DR. SCHNITZER
http://www.dr-schnitzer.de .
I am happy to report that the OBAMA administration and communication people
have really extracted the political themes and started taking action and
communicating on these issues, and I guess they are doing as much as they
can politically do to reverse the calamitous state of health and health-care
in the USA.
1. President OBAMA spoke recently of the "crushing cost of healthcare" and
called a dialogue with stakeholders to reduce it, while increasing coverage
for 40 million uninsured citizens (both links given now out of function):
http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2009/02/25/america/Obama-Health.php
http://www.iht.com/articles/reuters/2009/03/05/america/OUKWD-UK-OBAMA-HEALTHCARE.php
2. Mrs. OBAMA recently served healthy
food (notably vegetables), at a school canteen (both links given now out of
function):
http://www.iht.com/articles/2009/03/11/america/11lady-obama.php
http://www.iht.com/bin/printfriendly.php?id=20751606
3. Mrs. OBAMA announced the creation of an organic garden at the White
House, for their consumption and for educational purposes, in order to teach
schoolchildren the need to eat healthy food, in particular organic
vegetables (link given now out of function):
http://www.iht.com/bin/printfriendly.php?id=20947763
I wish we had such enlightened leaders doing this in Europe. Imagine SARKOZY
planting an organic garden at the Elysee Palace... (that's virtually
impossible because he is so elitist).
In Europe we have started devoting 90 Mio euro per year for the 27 countries
to distributing fruits (fresh and processed), to schools. It's a good start,
but only that and we need much more. Maybe the US good example could help.
Let's hope for the better.

Mr. President Obama!
My congratulation to your inauguration. My
compliments to your goals, one of them being: To improve Health Care
quality and reduce its costs. That's where I offer you my support, based
on my scientific and practical experience of the last 50 years in this
field. In short:
Why is the US "Health Care System" so expensive? Because it doesn't care
about health. It cares about diseases. It lives upon diseases. It's a
"Diseases Care System". It cares to maintain and even to increase
diseases and costs (being its revenues) - by "treating" instead of
curing the most widespread diseases. In truth, a real natural health
(which is feasible) of the US population would be the "Worst Case
Scenario", the Armageddon for this "Health Care System", in which the
permanent "Conflict of Interest" is suppressed and ignored, but
immanent.
It's said in the media about your new administration: "That's not a
transition - that's a transformation!" In the case of Health Care, even
transformation isn't sufficient. Because the term "Health Care" has lost
its honesty. Therefore, it's better to leave it as it is, with some
marginal improvements (cheaper, more effective), and start something
new, something unprecedented, e.g. named
"Diseases Control and Prevention Commission (DCPC)".
This Commission, the members of which must be highly independent from
every conflict of interest, will monitor all acute and chronic diseases
in the US population, pregnancy failures, and every signs of
degeneration and handicaps in offspring, and the Commission will find
out and publish the causes. The Commission also will study and promote
the preconditions for optimal health and optimal reproduction in the
following generations. The Commission too will recommend measures to the
Government to apply its findings, in order to stop causes of diseases
and degeneration, and to increase the preconditions of health and
healthy reproduction.
Because I know most of the causes of chronic diseases and degeneration,
and also most of the preconditions of natural health, I can help you to
save years of time and billions of money - and together we can reach the
next level of Civilization, a Civilization without civilization
diseases, a goal which I have published the first time in 1963. America
can be the first and leading Nation worldwide to realize this
transformation of mankind.
"Yes, we can". Looking forward to your response.
With high respect -
sincerely yours

Dear Friend,
Thank you for your message. On behalf of President Obama, we appreciate
hearing from you. The President has promised the most transparent

Good afternoon,
You are receiving this email because you signed up at
WhiteHouse.gov. My staff and I plan to use these messages as a
way to directly communicate about important issues and
opportunities, and today I have some encouraging updates about
health care reform.
The Vice President and I just met with leaders from the House of
Representatives and received their commitment to pass a
comprehensive health care reform bill by July 31.
We also have an unprecedented commitment from health care
industry leaders, many of whom opposed health reform in the
past. Monday, I met with some of these health care stakeholders,
and they pledged to do their part to reduce the health care
spending growth rate, saving more than two trillion dollars over
the next ten years -- around $2,500 for each American family.
Then on Tuesday, leaders from some of America's top companies
came to the White House to showcase innovative ways to reduce
health care costs by improving the health of their workers.
Now the House and Senate are beginning a critical debate that
will determine the health of our nation's economy and its
families. This process should be transparent and inclusive and
its product must drive down costs, assure quality and affordable
health care for everyone, and guarantee all of us a choice of
doctors and plans.
Reforming health care should also involve you. Think of other
people who may want to stay up to date on health care reform and
other national issues and tell them to join us here:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/EmailUpdates
Health care reform can't come soon enough. We spend more on
health care than any country, but families continue to struggle
with skyrocketing premiums and nearly 46 million are without
insurance entirely. It is a priority for the American people and
a pillar of the new foundation we are seeking to build for our
economy.
We'll continue to keep you posted about this and other important
issues.
Thank you,
Barack Obama
P.S. If you'd like to get more in-depth information about health
reform and how you can participate, be sure to visit
http://www.HealthReform.gov.

Dear Mr. President Obama,
thank you for your e-mail May 14, 2009, with information about your
efforts to reform the American Health Care system. I read also the
documentation of the "WHITE HOUSE FORUM ON HEALTH REFORM", issued March
30, 2009, which you mention in the P.S. of your e-mail.
It documents the honorable attempt to improve the efficacy of the
existing system, to stop the inflation of the so called "health care
costs" and to reduce them essentially, at the same time to extend the
health insurance coverage to another nearly 46 million citizens, who up
to now couldn't afford these costs.
At the same time, this documentation makes the system-immanent
limitations obvious:
# 1 This system is not "Health Care", it's "Diseases Care".
# 2 The Reform efforts hope for - and the Reform success depends on -
the cooperation of all such interest (pressure) groups, who up to now
liked even to cause the cost inflation of the system for their own sake
- by mainly not curing diseases but keeping them chronic as a permanent
source of their income. Reform cooperation for these groups would mean
higher efforts combined with lower income. This is a real
"evidence-based" handicap and limitation for a success.
This isn't only an American problem; it's a global problem. We in
Germany and Europe have it as well. These groups, living upon "well
maintained and increased" diseases of the World Population, have become
highly influential Lobbies, who try to have everything under their
control, including the mainstream media, the universities, the research,
the legislation and the governments.
As I already pointed out in my first information, a reform of the
existing system - improving its efficacy and limiting its costs - can
only serve as a first step, which should be followed by another, more
fundamental measure: The foundation of a
"Diseases Control and Prevention Commission (DCPC)",
a main task of which shall be to work out a
"Diseases Control and Prevention strategy (DCPSt)".
This Commission, the members of which must be highly independent from
every conflict of interest (e.g. Investigators, Detectives,
Pathologists, Forensic Medical Specialists, Judges) will monitor all
acute and chronic diseases in the US population, pregnancy failures, and
every signs of physical and mental degeneration and handicaps in
offspring, and the Commission will find out and publish the causes. The
Commission also will study and promote the preconditions for optimal
health and optimal reproduction in the following generations. The
Commission too will recommend measures to the Government to apply its
findings, in order to stop causes of diseases and degeneration, and to
increase the preconditions of health and healthy reproduction of the
population.
An example: In an evidence-based, independent small Hypertension Study,
which is carried out via Internet on my Website, we could prove that
hypertension can be cured without any medication, just by some
intelligent changes in feeding habits. The curing time in average is
10-12 weeks, the success rate is 91 %, and the success is permanent (not
to speak about several other healthy "side-effects").
Which percentage of the total "Health Care Costs" in America are caused
by hypertension and its later consequences (heart attacks, strokes,
kidney failures, cerebral insufficiency)?
Knowing most of the causes of chronic diseases and degeneration, and
also most of the preconditions of natural health, I could help you to
save years of time and billions of money - and to reach the next level
of Civilization, a Civilization without civilization diseases, a goal
which I have published the first time in 1963. If you like and want it
really, America can be the first and leading Nation worldwide to realize
this transformation of mankind.
Consequences of a healthy American population will be a high creativity,
a high innovation rate, a high productivity and as one of the results a
healthy American economy.
Best regards -
sincerely yours
Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer

A New Beginning - Watch the

Hello -
As a Senior Advisor to the President, I'm here in Cairo, Egypt
where I watched President Obama deliver an unprecedented speech
calling for a new beginning for the United States and Muslim
communities around the world.
We all know that there has been tension between the United States
and some Muslim communities. But, as the President said this
morning, if all sides face the sources of tension squarely and
focus on mutual interests, we can find a new way forward.
The President outlined some big goals for this new beginning in
his speech -- including disrupting, dismantling, and defeating
violent extremism. It was a historic speech, and since many
Americans were asleep at the time it was given we wanted to make
sure you had a chance to see it:
Majority-Muslim countries around the world are filled with
extraordinary people who simply want to live their lives and see
their children live better lives, just as in America. Indeed, part
of what makes America great is having nearly seven million Muslim
Americans living here today and enriching our culture and
communities.
We can extend that kind of relationship abroad. It won't always be
easy, but if we make an effort to bridge our differences rather
than resigning ourselves to animosity, we can move toward a more
peaceful world over time.
Thank you,
David Axelrod
Senior Advisor to the President

Happy Father's Day,
I’m writing to share a special video of Barack talking about
fatherhood, but first I want to share some thoughts of my own.
My father, Frasier Robinson, was the rock of our family. Although
he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in his early thirties, he
was our provider, our champion and our hero.
He worked tirelessly through good days and bad to make sure my
brother and I had every opportunity he didn't -- to go to college
and pursue our dreams. His example continues to guide me every
day.
Barack didn't have my good fortune -- his father left when he was
just two years old. But he has always been determined to give our
daughters what he never had, and he values being a good father
more than any other accomplishment in his life.
On Friday, Barack brought some men (and a bunch of kids!) to the
White House to talk about fatherhood. Check out a video of the
event:
We all know the remarkable impact fathers can have in our
children's lives. So today, on this 100th anniversary of Father's
Day, take a moment to celebrate responsible fatherhood and the men
who've had the courage to step up, be there for our families, and
provide our children with the guidance, love and support they need
to fulfill their dreams.
Thanks,
Michelle

Time to roll up your sleeves |

Dear Friend,
Last week, I announced United We Serve – a nationwide call to service
challenging you and all Americans to volunteer this summer and be part
of building a new foundation for America.
And when I say “all,” I mean everyone – young and old, from every
background, all across the country. We need individuals, community
organizations, corporations, foundations, and our government to be
part of this effort.
Today, for the official kick off of United We Serve, members of my
administration have fanned out across America to participate in
service events and encourage all Americans to join them.
The First Lady is rolling up her sleeves and getting to work too. But
before she headed out today, she asked me to share this message with
you.
Our nation faces some of the greatest challenges it has in generations
and we know it’s going to take a lot of hard work to get us back on
track.
While Michelle and I are calling on every American to participate in
United We Serve, the call to service doesn’t end this fall. We need to
stay involved in our towns and communities for a long time to come.
After all, America’s new foundation will be built one neighborhood at
a time – and that starts with you.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

Preparing for H1N1 and the
upcoming flu season |
|
|
|
|
|
|
As the President's advisor on Homeland
Security, I am passing along the following message from
Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services,
Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Arne
Duncan, Secretary of Education, who are leading the efforts
to prepare our Nation for the coming flu season.
Fellow Americans,
This spring we were confronted with an outbreak of a
troubling flu virus called 2009-H1N1. As the fall flu season
approaches, it is critical that we reinvigorate our
preparedness efforts across the country in order to mitigate
the effects of this virus on our communities.
Today, we are holding an H1N1 Influenza Preparedness Summit
in conjunction with the White House to discuss our Nation's
preparedness. We are working together to monitor the spread
of 2009-H1N1 and to prepare to initiate a voluntary fall
vaccination program against the 2009-H1N1 flu virus,
assuming we have a safe vaccine and do not see changes in
the virus that would render the vaccine ineffective.
But the most critical steps to mitigating the effects of
2009-H1N1 won't take place in Washington — they will take
place in your homes, schools and community businesses.
Taking precautions for this fall's flu season is a
responsibility we all share.
Visit Flu.gov to make sure you are ready and learn how you
can help promote public awareness.
We are making every effort to have a safe and effective
vaccine available for distribution as soon as possible, but
our current estimate is that it won't be ready before
mid-October. This makes individual prevention even more
critical. Wash your hands regularly. Take the necessary
precautions to stay healthy and if you do get sick, stay
home from work or school.
We are doing everything possible to prepare for the fall flu
season and encourage all Americans to do the same — this is
a shared responsibility and now is the time to prepare.
Please visit Flu.gov to learn what steps you can take to
prepare and do your part to mitigate the effects of H1N1.
Take Care,
Kathleen, Janet and Arne |

My Supreme Court Nominee |
|
|
Good Morning,
Yesterday, Judge Sonia Sotomayor made her opening statement to the
Senate Judiciary Committee and moved another step closer to taking a
seat on the United States Supreme Court. In case you missed it, watch
the video of her opening statement here:
As President, there are few responsibilities more serious or
consequential than the naming of a Supreme Court Justice, so I want to
take this opportunity to tell you about the qualifications and
character that informed my decision to nominate Judge Sotomayor.
Judge Sotomayor's brilliant legal mind is complemented by the
practical lessons that can only be learned by applying the law to real
world situations.
In the coming days, the hearings will cover an incredible body of work
from a judge who has more experience on the federal bench than any
incoming Supreme Court Justice in the last 100 years. Judge
Sotomayor's professional background spans our judicial system — from
her time as a big-city prosecutor and a corporate litigator, to her
work as a federal trial judge on the U.S. District Court, and an
appellate judge on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
And then there is Judge Sotomayor's incredible personal story. She
grew up in a housing project in the South Bronx — her parents coming
to New York from Puerto Rico during the Second World War. At the age
of nine, she lost her father, and her mother worked six days a week
just to put food on the table. It takes a certain resilience and
determination to rise up out of such circumstances, focus, work hard
and achieve the American dream.
This character shined through in yesterday's opening statement:
Watch the video.
In Judge Sotomayor, our nation will have a Justice who will never
forget her humble beginnings, will always apply the rule of law, and
will be a protector of the Constitution that made her American dream
and the dreams of millions of others possible. As she said so clearly
yesterday, Judge Sotomayor's decisions on the bench "have been made
not to serve the interests of any one litigant, but always to serve
the larger interest of impartial justice."
In anticipation of today's first round of questioning, I hope you'll
share this email widely, because Judge Sotomayor's confirmation is
something that affects every American. It's important for these
hearings to be about Judge Sotomayor's own record and her capacity for
the job — not any political back and forth that some in Washington may
use to distract you. What members of the Judiciary Committee, and the
American people, will see today is a sharp and fearless jurist who
does not let powerful interests bully her into breaking from the rule
of law.
Thank you,
Barack Obama

Dear Friend,
As you read this, we are closer than ever to passing
comprehensive health insurance reform that benefits American
families and small businesses. Despite all the back and forth in
the news right now, it is important to understand just how far
we've come in this challenging process.
That's why I'm holding a press conference tonight at 8pm ET, and
writing to let everyone know where we are, what's ahead, and why
health insurance reform is so important.
Let me be clear: although Congress is still debating parts of
the legislation we have achieved critical consensus on several
key areas:
If you already have health
insurance: reform will provide you with more security and
stability. It will limit your own out of pocket costs and
prevent your insurance company from dropping your coverage if
you get too sick. You'll also have affordable insurance options
if you lose or change your job. And it will cover preventive
care like check-ups and mammograms that save lives and money.
If you don't have health insurance: you will finally have
guaranteed access to quality, affordable health care, and you
can choose the plan that best suits your family's needs. And no
insurance company will be allowed to deny you coverage because
of a pre-existing medical condition.
Now, I realize that the last few miles of any race are the
hardest to run, but we can't stop now. There's no dispute about
it: we cannot control our long-term fiscal health as a nation
without health insurance reform. American families and small
businesses understand that the health insurance status quo is
taking away those things that they value most about health care.
The stability and security that comes with knowing that you can
get the treatment you need, when you need it. Without reform, we
are consigning our children to a future of skyrocketing premiums
and crushing deficits.
We have to seize this opportunity and pass health insurance
reform this year. You can help by forwarding this email to your
family and friends and letting them know what's at stake in this
debate.
Thank you,
Barack Obama

Dear Friend,
Last night, President Obama addressed the nation in a
primetime press conference about health insurance reform.
The President made crystal clear what's at stake in this
debate: the fiscal well-being of our nation and the health
of our families and small businesses.
In case you missed it, take a look at what he had to say:
Truth be told — with each passing day, more and more
Americans are unable to get the health care they need, when
they need it. Skyrocketing co-pays and deductibles and
soaring insurance premiums are crushing our family budgets
and small businesses. Unless we act now, these problems are
guaranteed to get worse and worse.
Under reform, American families will get the stability and
security they deserve. They'll no longer have to fear losing
health care coverage if they lose or switch jobs, going
bankrupt if they become seriously ill, or being denied
coverage because of a pre-existing medical condition. Reform
will ensure all Americans have access to quality, affordable
insurance.
We all have a stake in this and for the 14,000 Americans who
are losing their health insurance each day — reform can't
wait.
Make sure everyone you know understands the importance and
urgency of health insurance reform:
Watch the President's remarks and forward this email to your
friends and family.
Thank you,
David Axelrod
P.S. Health insurance reform is a complex issue and many of
you have questions about what it means for you and your
family. To help get you the answers you need, White House
Health Reform Director, Nancy-Ann DeParle, is holding a live
video chat through Facebook and WhiteHouse.gov.
Join the chat today at 3pm ET.

What health insurance reform means
for you |
Importance: |

|

Dear Friend,
If you’re like most Americans, there’s nothing more important to you
about health care than peace of mind.
Given the status quo, that’s understandable. The current system often
denies insurance due to pre-existing conditions, charges steep
out-of-pocket fees – and sometimes isn’t there at all if you become
seriously ill.
It’s time to fix our unsustainable insurance system and create a new
foundation for health care security. That means guaranteeing your
health care security and stability with eight basic consumer
protections:
- No discrimination for pre-existing conditions
- No exorbitant out-of-pocket expenses, deductibles or co-pays
- No cost-sharing for preventive care
- No dropping of coverage if you become seriously ill
- No gender discrimination
- No annual or lifetime caps on coverage
- Extended coverage for young adults
- Guaranteed insurance renewal so long as premiums are paid
Learn more about these consumer protections at Whitehouse.gov.
Over the next month there is going to be an avalanche of
misinformation and scare tactics from those seeking to perpetuate the
status quo. But we know the cost of doing nothing is too high. Health
care costs will double over the next decade, millions more will become
uninsured, and state and local governments will go bankrupt.
It’s time to act and reform health insurance, drive down costs and
guarantee the health care security and stability of every American
family.
You can help by putting these core principles of reform in the
hands of your friends, your family, and the rest of your social
network.
Thank you,
Barack Obama

Dear Mr. Axelrod,
thank you for your mailing, July 23, 2009 "This isn't
a game", about your health insurance reform.
In fact, the fiscal wellbeing of the USA is at
stake.
But it can't be saved by trying to limit the
skyrocketing treatment costs of the diseases of a population, which is
chronically ill and progressively degenerating.
The economic (and consequently fiscal) wellbeing
of the USA can only be restored by restoring a common natural health of
the population and its healthy reproduction in the following generations
from the bottom.
If you wish it, I could help you to get there,
starting from where we are at present. Because - for half a century now
- a main topic of my research and developments is the knowledge and
practical "know how", needed to reach the next level of civilization: A
civilization without civilization diseases.
Before responding to your mailing, I studied
what's published about you and your personal history on the Internet.
Compliment! To find out who's writing you, you could have a look to my

Dear Friend,
Anyone that's watched the news in the past few days
knows that health insurance reform is a hot topic —
and that rumors and scare tactics have only
increased as more people engage with the issue.
Given a lot of the outrageous claims floating
around, it’s time to make sure everyone knows the
facts about the security and stability you get with
health insurance reform.
That’s why we’ve launched a new online resource —
WhiteHouse.gov/RealityCheck — to help you
separate fact from fiction and share the truth about
health insurance reform. Here's a few of the reality
check videos you can find on the site:
There's more information and a number of online
tools you can use to spread the truth among your
family, friends and other social networks. Take a
look:
We knew going into this effort that accomplishing
comprehensive health insurance reform wasn't going
to be easy. Achieving real change never is. The
entrenched interests that benefit from the status
quo always use their influence in Washington to try
and keep things just as they are.
But don't be misled. We know the status quo is
unsustainable. If we do nothing, millions more
Americans will be denied insurance because of
pre-existing conditions, or see their coverage
suddenly dropped if they become seriously ill.
Out-of-pocket expenses will continue to soar, and
more and more families and businesses will be forced
to deal with health insurance costs they can’t
afford.
That's the reality.
Americans deserve better. You deserve a health care
system that works as well for you as it does for the
status quo; one you can depend on — that won't deny
you coverage when you need it most or charge you
crippling out-of-pocket co-pays. Health insurance
reform means guaranteeing the health care security
and stability you deserve.
President Barack Obama promised he'd bring change to
Washington and fix our broken, unsustainable health
insurance system. You can help deliver that change.
Visit WhiteHouse.gov/RealityCheck, get the facts and
spread the truth. The stakes are just too high
to do nothing.
Thank you,
David

Dear Friend,
This is probably one of the longest emails I’ve ever sent,
but it could be the most important.
Across the country we are seeing vigorous debate about
health insurance reform. Unfortunately, some of the old
tactics we know so well are back — even the viral emails
that fly unchecked and under the radar, spreading all sorts
of lies and distortions.
As President Obama said at the town hall in New Hampshire,
“where we do disagree, let's disagree over things that are
real, not these wild misrepresentations that bear no
resemblance to anything that's actually been proposed.”
So let’s start a chain email of our own. At the end of my
email, you’ll find a lot of information about health
insurance reform, distilled into 8 ways reform provides
security and stability to those with or without coverage, 8
common myths about reform and 8 reasons we need health
insurance reform now.
Right now, someone you know probably has a question about
reform that could be answered by what’s below. So what are
you waiting for? Forward this email.
Thanks,
David
David Axelrod
Senior Adviser to the President
P.S. We launched
www.WhiteHouse.gov/realitycheck this week to knock down
the rumors and lies that are floating around the internet.
You can find the information below, and much more, there.
For example, we've just added a video of Nancy-Ann DeParle
from our Health Reform Office tackling a viral email head
on. Check it out:
8 ways reform provides security and stability to those
with or without coverage
- Ends Discrimination for Pre-Existing Conditions:
Insurance companies will be prohibited from refusing you
coverage because of your medical history.
- Ends Exorbitant Out-of-Pocket Expenses, Deductibles
or Co-Pays: Insurance companies will have to abide by
yearly caps on how much they can charge for out-of-pocket
expenses.
- Ends Cost-Sharing for Preventive Care:
Insurance companies must fully cover, without charge,
regular checkups and tests that help you prevent illness,
such as mammograms or eye and foot exams for diabetics.
- Ends Dropping of Coverage for Seriously Ill:
Insurance companies will be prohibited from dropping or
watering down insurance coverage for those who become
seriously ill.
- Ends Gender Discrimination: Insurance companies
will be prohibited from charging you more because of your
gender.
- Ends Annual or Lifetime Caps on Coverage:
Insurance companies will be prevented from placing annual
or lifetime caps on the coverage you receive.
- Extends Coverage for Young Adults: Children
would continue to be eligible for family coverage through
the age of 26.
- Guarantees Insurance Renewal: Insurance
companies will be required to renew any policy as long as
the policyholder pays their premium in full. Insurance
companies won't be allowed to refuse renewal because
someone became sick.

8 common myths about health insurance reform
- Reform will stop "rationing" - not increase it:
It’s a myth that reform will mean a "government takeover"
of health care or lead to "rationing." To the contrary,
reform will forbid many forms of rationing that are
currently being used by insurance companies.
- We can’t afford reform: It's the status quo we
can't afford. It’s a myth that reform will bust the
budget. To the contrary, the President has identified ways
to pay for the vast majority of the up-front costs by
cutting waste, fraud, and abuse within existing government
health programs; ending big subsidies to insurance
companies; and increasing efficiency with such steps as
coordinating care and streamlining paperwork. In the long
term, reform can help bring down costs that will otherwise
lead to a fiscal crisis.
- Reform would encourage "euthanasia": It does
not. It’s a malicious myth that reform would encourage or
even require euthanasia for seniors. For seniors who want
to consult with their family and physicians about end-of
life decisions, reform will help to cover these voluntary,
private consultations for those who want help with these
personal and difficult family decisions.
- Vets' health care is safe and sound: It’s a
myth that health insurance reform will affect veterans'
access to the care they get now. To the contrary, the
President's budget significantly expands coverage under
the VA, extending care to 500,000 more veterans who were
previously excluded. The VA Healthcare system will
continue to be available for all eligible veterans.
- Reform will benefit small business - not burden it:
It’s a myth that health insurance reform will hurt small
businesses. To the contrary, reform will ease the burdens
on small businesses, provide tax credits to help them pay
for employee coverage and help level the playing field
with big firms who pay much less to cover their employees
on average.
- Your Medicare is safe, and stronger with reform:
It’s myth that Health Insurance Reform would be financed
by cutting Medicare benefits. To the contrary, reform will
improve the long-term financial health of Medicare, ensure
better coordination, eliminate waste and unnecessary
subsidies to insurance companies, and help to close the
Medicare "doughnut" hole to make prescription drugs more
affordable for seniors.
- You can keep your own insurance: It’s myth that
reform will force you out of your current insurance plan
or force you to change doctors. To the contrary, reform
will expand your choices, not eliminate them.
- No, government will not do anything with your bank
account: It is an absurd myth that government will be
in charge of your bank accounts. Health insurance reform
will simplify administration, making it easier and more
convenient for you to pay bills in a method that you
choose. Just like paying a phone bill or a utility bill,
you can pay by traditional check, or by a direct
electronic payment. And forms will be standardized so they
will be easier to understand. The choice is up to you –
and the same rules of privacy will apply as they do for
all other electronic payments that people make.

8 Reasons We Need Health Insurance Reform Now
- Coverage Denied to Millions: A recent national
survey estimated that 12.6 million non-elderly adults – 36
percent of those who tried to purchase health insurance
directly from an insurance company in the individual
insurance market – were in fact discriminated against
because of a pre-existing condition in the previous three
years or dropped from coverage when they became seriously
ill. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/denied_coverage/index.html
- Less Care for More Costs: With each passing
year, Americans are paying more for health care coverage.
Employer-sponsored health insurance premiums have nearly
doubled since 2000, a rate three times faster than wages.
In 2008, the average premium for a family plan purchased
through an employer was $12,680, nearly the annual
earnings of a full-time minimum wage job. Americans pay
more than ever for health insurance, but get less
coverage. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/hiddencosts/index.html
- Roadblocks to Care for Women: Women’s
reproductive health requires more regular contact with
health care providers, including yearly pap smears,
mammograms, and obstetric care. Women are also more likely
to report fair or poor health than men (9.5% versus 9.0%).
While rates of chronic conditions such as diabetes and
high blood pressure are similar to men, women are twice as
likely to suffer from headaches and are more likely to
experience joint, back or neck pain. These chronic
conditions often require regular and frequent treatment
and follow-up care. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/women/index.html
- Hard Times in the Heartland: Throughout rural
America, there are nearly 50 million people who face
challenges in accessing health care. The past several
decades have consistently shown higher rates of poverty,
mortality, uninsurance, and limited access to a primary
health care provider in rural areas. With the recent
economic downturn, there is potential for an increase in
many of the health disparities and access concerns that
are already elevated in rural communities. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/hardtimes
- Small Businesses Struggle to Provide Health
Coverage: Nearly one-third of the uninsured – 13
million people – are employees of firms with less than 100
workers. From 2000 to 2007, the proportion of non-elderly
Americans covered by employer-based health insurance fell
from 66% to 61%. Much of this decline stems from small
business. The percentage of small businesses offering
coverage dropped from 68% to 59%, while large firms held
stable at 99%. About a third of such workers in firms with
fewer than 50 employees obtain insurance through a spouse.
Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/helpbottomline
- The Tragedies are Personal: Half of all
personal bankruptcies are at least partly the result of
medical expenses. The typical elderly couple may have to
save nearly $300,000 to pay for health costs not covered
by Medicare alone. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/inaction
- Diminishing Access to Care: From 2000 to 2007,
the proportion of non-elderly Americans covered by
employer-based health insurance fell from 66% to 61%. An
estimated 87 million people - one in every three Americans
under the age of 65 - were uninsured at some point in 2007
and 2008. More than 80% of the uninsured are in working
families. Learn more:
http://www.healthreform.gov/reports/inaction/diminishing/index.html
- The Trends are Troubling: Without reform,
health care costs will continue to skyrocket unabated,
putting unbearable strain on families, businesses, and
state and federal government budgets. Perhaps the most
visible sign of the need for health care reform is the 46
million Americans currently without health insurance -
projections suggest that this number will rise to about 72
million in 2040 in the absence of reform. Learn more:

This message, from
Mr. David Axelrod, sent August 13 2009, was the last I got from The White
House. Perhaps they lost my e-mail address, or they dropped it from their
list, Or they didn't want to read and respond to what I possibly would write
more to them.
Conclusions and consequences
No true communication
In fact, there wasn't any true
communication. Because I never got a response to the content of my messages;
never I was asked any detail about my knowledge and experience. They only put
me on their mailing list for some time.
To be fair, even this already is more than
what you get when writing e.g. to the German Government, who are on the same
wrong path of a diseases policy at costs of a volume similar to the total
national budget (around €300 bn per year). You may guess to which groups and
lobbys these huge costs mean huge incomes and profits.
There's no excuse for governments like
'there are too many e-mails coming in, we can't read all of them to find out
which ones could contain something useful'. Because they don't have any
problem to filter out from billions of e-mails (which aren't even sent to
them!) the few which could contain 'intelligence'-related information. So, if
they would be interested in information which could be useful for the country
and for the health of the population, there shouldn't be any obstacle to
filter out the useful ones. My conclusion is therefore: They aren't
interested.
Who doesn't accept advice ...
Who doesn't accept advice from those who
have the knowledge and experience, must learn it the hard way. That's what
happens now in the USA. 2.5 Years after President Obama's inauguration, the
problems of the USA in most aspects have skyrocket: On August 2, 2011, the
country was near to default, the debts were about 15.5 tn (the allowed ceiling
was 14.3 tn). Only by hard and difficult negotiations in the parliament the
majority voted for a permission to increase the debts by another 2.4 tn US$ on
the condition that heavy cuts have to be made.
Will the USA be able
to use this Second Chance successfully?
We can only hope so. There is so much organized
and individual greed,
there are so many selfish and lobby's
interests, who all try to keep things as they are. But that's not possible. Everything is permanently changing. Sometimes some things
get better, but mostly most things get worse. What hasn't worked up to now -
the so called 'Health Care' (=Diseases Care), will not work in the future,
even if spending more money on it and calling it 'Health Care Reform'
(=Diseases Care Reform).
Even reducing and focusing the goals
doesn't help, when still targeting in the wrong direction, as it is tried now
by calling it 'Health Insurance Reform' (=Diseases Insurance Reform), 'MediCare'
and 'MedicAid'. It doesn't make the population healthier, only to organize
better the payments to those economic groups and lobby, whose incomes and
profits are based on as much as possible ill people, degenerating offspring,
and expressively on not to care about the true causes of all the misery (what means
a huge part of the food-, seeds-, fertilizers- and pesticides-industries).
The more 'services' (like treating peoples
'conditions' etc.) are contained (because needed) in a nation's GNP (Gross
National Product), the more gambling 'to make money' is going on, the less true 'production' is in it (like machines, cars,
computers, airplanes, houses, infrastructure, basic foodstuff like cereals
etc. and exportable products in general), the poorer a nation becomes. Presently
America needs too many costly 'services' (which finally produce nothing what
could be exported), 'invests' too much capital into speculations ('to make
money by money') instead investing it into real production and productivity, and imports
much more products (on credit from other countries like China) than it produces and
exports useful (non-destructive) American products.
On the other side, the less such 'services' a
nation's population needs (because being naturally healthy), the higher is the
population's productivity and the cheaper are its products, and the more
successful a nation is with its exports. What that means, Japan and China are
giving examples.
In my letters to the President I have
explained the principles of a successful and true Health Policy. It is up to
him and the politicians who support him, to aim at the right health policy goal, which
should be a naturally healthy population with naturally healthy, vital and
intelligent offspring. This will cost much less and will also cure the
economy, because a healthy, vital and intelligent population simply will be
much more active, creative and productive.
If not -
if
Governments and politicians aren't able - what can the population, what can
you do?
The knowledge and the 'know how' are
available, how to overcome (to cure) most of the widespread chronic
civilization ailments ('conditions'). Nobody needs to wait for that on Governments, politicians
or any diseases based 'care'. Everybody can take care of his own health and can cure
most of the own ailments and 'conditions' very efficiently. Everybody can
plan, get and grow healthy, vital and intelligent children.
But don't expect those living upon your
diseases telling you the secrets of natural health. These secrets and
knowledge you only can acquire by your own effort - by reading an
learning it by doing it. E.g. do you
want to protect or cure your children and yourself from overweight and
obesity? Read 'Natural
Cure of Obesity by Health', and learn it by doing it. This booklet
even contains recipes how to prepare healthy baby (weaning) food, because
there the prevention of obesity starts.
If
suffering from hypertension and the considerable side effects of its
medication - wouldn't you like to cure it yourself without furthermore needing
medication, just by some intelligent changes in your feeding habits, based
on your own knowledge about what matters really? It is possible ('Yes, you
can!'). As our hypertension
study proves, in average it takes only about 10-12 weeks, and the full
cure success rate is 90% (even the other 10% could improve their health).
Read 'Hypertension
Causes & Cure' and learn it by doing it.
Or if suffering from diabetes type II, wouldn't
you like to come free from needing medication and to prevent the heavy
later consequences of the disease? And wouldn't you like to learn how to
protect yourself and your children from diabetes type I? Read 'Diabetes
Causes & Cure - Including Cure of Later Diabetes Consequences', and
learn it by doing it.
Since 2012 an eBook about Cure of Diabetes and of
its serious later consequences is available. It's the most comprehensive
instruction not only about Diabetes, but about the basic preconditions
of natural health in general, because these are the fundamental
requirements of any cure and prevention of every disease:

The change to a healthy, happy and successful life is
possible by bringing together knowledge, learning and doing. The
governments don't do it, but you can do it. That's the whole secret. Friedrichshafen,
